Ingredients
50g Dried apricots rolled
50g raisins
100g rolled oats
3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Preparation
Line 8 inch square baking dish either with margarine or parchment paper
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Fold until combined.
Spread batter in prepared dish and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until hardened
Cut into bars or roll into balls
Serve and enjoy
