About the Recipe

Ingredients
Tortilla wrap
Pesto
Cooked chicken
Kale
Preparation
Heat non-stick pan - I don't like to add oil as it can make the tortilla a bit soaky and doesn't crisp up as much
Place tortilla in hot pan
Cover 1/2 tortilla with 1-2 tbsp of pesto
Add kale and chicken on top of pesto
When tortilla crisp, flip other side over pesto, chicken and kale filling
Cook for further 2 minutes
Cut and serve
