Chicken, Kale and Pesto Quesadillas

About the Recipe


  • Tortilla wrap

  • Pesto

  • Cooked chicken

  • Kale


  1. Heat non-stick pan - I don't like to add oil as it can make the tortilla a bit soaky and doesn't crisp up as much

  2. Place tortilla in hot pan

  3. Cover 1/2 tortilla with 1-2 tbsp of pesto

  4. Add kale and chicken on top of pesto

  5. When tortilla crisp, flip other side over pesto, chicken and kale filling

  6. Cook for further 2 minutes

  7. Cut and serve
