Spinach, Ricotta and Ham Pinwheels

About the Recipe


  • Puff Pastry 

  • 50g Spinach

  • 250g ricotta cheese

  • 4 slices of cooked ham

  • *optional - 1 egg


Step 1

Preheat oven to 190'C/gas mark 5 and line a baking tray.

Step 2

Roll out puff pastry sheet.  Mix ricotta and spinach together and spread mixture over pastry.  Top evenly with cooked ham.

Step 3

Gently roll pastry until you have a log shaoe.  Cut evenly into 12 slices.

Step 4

Place pinwheels on lined baking tray (optional* - brush each one with a little egg).  Cook for 15-20 minutes
